Warranty Coverage Period
Every Somoneo product is covered by a 3-year warranty, starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date shown in your order or shipping record.
 
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers non-human-caused damage and issues that occur under normal daily use. Covered cases include, but are not limited to, foam sagging, shape deformation, and leather cracking that are not caused by misuse, accidents, or intentional damage.
 
Normal Use Protection
Somoneo’s warranty is designed to protect against product issues that develop during regular everyday use. If the product shows abnormal material or structural problems within the warranty period, we will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
 
Repair or Replacement
If the issue is eligible under warranty, Somoneo may first arrange a repair or provide a suitable solution based on the condition of the product. If the product cannot be repaired, the customer may apply for a replacement using the product’s warranty serial number.
 
How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty support, please contact info@somoneo.com with your order information, warranty serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. This helps our team review the case more efficiently.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by intentional misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, unauthorized modification, or other human-caused damage. Cosmetic wear that does not affect normal use may also be excluded from coverage.

All warranty claims are subject to Somoneo’s review. Somoneo reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility, repair options, replacement decisions, and the final interpretation of this warranty policy.
